I don't know why but I'm really really struggling to stay on plan!

Started sw about 6 weeks ago and so far have lost 5lbs and now weigh 11lb 4.

I've maintained the last couple of weeks because I just can't stick to it!

Main meals are fine, I'm eating loads of fruit but it reaches a point during the day when I start to crave things like chocolate and if I don't give in then I'll give in later that night and go over my syns :(

I'm hitting the gym hard just now so I'm not gaining but in need to change my attitude because at the moment I don't think I'm motivated enough - I just tell myself it's ok if I'm exercising more and I'm not that overweight anyway but that is a slippery slope!

I'm also ttc so part of me thinks why put all that that effort in when I might be getting fatter soon anyway!

Help! How do I fix my attitude and get back on it!

You've identified your weak point which is the first step. Can you plan some chocolate fixes for that time of day? Have things with you to nibble on? Syns are there to help with that.

It's so hard. I've just joined for the umpteenth time and over the past week I've gained 2lbs. It's soul destroying after staying on plan the whole time.
I have a thing for chocolate too. It's my only vice!
