Slimming World on tour- how do you stay on track?

Back on Slimming World again after a 4 year hiatus. Want to lose about a stone and found this worked for me before. Been visiting friends this weekend and really struggled.

Today I've had:

Breakfast-
Poached eggs on sourdough (no whole meal bread available) with avocado and feta (I made this so why didn't I just leave out the avocado?!) = 20 syns with feta as HEXA

Snack- half a choc brownie with my friend (12 syns)

Lunch/dinner in airport
Leon meatballs. 27 syns! Thought it would be less than that as no cheese, but sauce was prob bad. Annoyed as I queued up at Itsu with some sashimi but there was nowhere to sit so I left

In short, there were low syn options available but I chose not to have them. Feeling a bit rubbish. Can't wait to get home!

OP, this was certainly a high- syn, off plan day, but never mind : don't look backwards, as we're not going that way.
Draw a line now, and get back on track tomorrow.
Perhaps you could spend some time today making a meal plan and shopping list for the next few days.
Don't "feel rubbish": feel positive about the changes you will be making from now on.

Draw a line under it. Sometimes popping past somewhere like Tesco and getting the ready to eat fruit can be a good idea if you need some speed foods.

Thanks. Just thinking on way home from airport will pick up some on plan stuff for lunches and also go for a run later. It will strengthen my resolve!
