Tips for losing 2-3 lbs per week on SW. Need to lose 1.5 stone by april

Hi

I've done SW since October and have lost 13 pounds. Xmas slowed with down as I put on 3 pounds and am now back to my loss being 13 pounds. I had a baby so I know it will be slow and steady loss. However I go to Jamaica in April for a family wedding and am dreading putting a swim suit on.

At the moment I have 10-15 Syns a day. I'm thinking about reducing them to 5-10.

Any other tips?

I usually crave chocolate so have a hot chocolate every night - 3-4 Syns depending on how I make it. Other Syns I use tend to me butter, salad cream, almond milk for my porridge and sweet freedom syrup.

Jennifer, I am a "slow loser", even when keeping to the plan strictly, but what has got me back into target after a lapse due to illness, then a couple of holidays close together, has been at least one SP meal every day.
Speed food rather than just free food for any snacks.
2 scan bran, if not every day, on most days.
Syns 5 to 10 a day.
Portion control, eg just a few potatoes instead of a big pile!
Keep that wedding in mind and visualise yourself feeling great in your swimsuit!
One and a half stone by April is definitely doable.

More SP days than EE days should be good for higher losses I believe?

Sorry for my ignorance what is SP is EE extra easy?

Jennifer, yes EE is Extra Easy.
SP is half a plate of Speed food and half a plate of Protein food for meals.
So no potatoes, pasta, rice, etc.
Syns the same.
You have 1 HXA and 2 HXB if it's a full SP day.
