So week 2 wasn't perfectly on plan but I pulled it back and lost 1lb (5.5lbs 1st week) and I mad that I'm a little disappointed (really wanted my half stone)?! So I've decided week 3 will be great! This week I'll start the regular exercise, almost 2 days in and I'm feeling positive.

I had a bad second week - first week lost 3lbs, feeling good and stuck to plan in second week and had a maintain which made me feel shit.. so this third week decided to be consistent and keep going (though had a complete cheat day due to my leaving party), went and got weighed today and nearly fell over when she told me I'd lost 7.5lbs!! It was mental. So hopefully you'll have a better third week in, the exercise can only help too!
