Anyone doing SW Online but following red/original and green days (old plan)?

Something needs to be done... I have about 2.5 stone to lose Sad

In the past I've lost weight successfully doing mainly red days (about 5 red days and 2 green days per week). I gave the current SW plan a go for 5 weeks with a friend who is an online member (I didn't join, but followed it religiously) and hardly lost anything in comparison. Plus I didn't like the idea of having too many carbs with meat. I really want to join SW online for some motivation plus if I've paid the money I'm more likely to stick at it, but I've emailed SW and they said all online members have to follow the current plan.

Is anyone here doing red/green days online? Is it possible or are all the food diaries tailored to the current plan?

Everything is tailored to the current plan.

Personally I find I get much better losses on this plan, but, I have to do it properly and that means absolutely swapping out a third of my portion with speed free, not missing it out and not having it as an extra portion.

If you prefer red though, it might be worth having a look at SP.

Thanks for the reply, I never though of doing SP, I'll get my book and have a look! Lost 3.5 pounds so far this week doing red days only Smile
