I have just finished my first week on the Extra easy plan and have lost 2.5 lbs. When I did the first week of the green plan a number of years ago I lost 7.5 lbs. Now I can't complain about a 2.5 lbs loss but I had hoped it would be more in the first week.
I am a vegetarian so would there be any benefit to going back to my old book and doing the Green days instead? I am probably just being impatient and I am sure extra easy will be fine but just wondering. :)
