Fed up with dry sausages - any nice low syn ones out there ?

Been eating the Sw Iceland ones but finding the pork ones very dry. Beef and tomato ones are nicer but we have a tomato allergy in the house. Anyone know of any low syn but actually nice sausages? Thank you.

Sainsburys be good to yourself Cumberland, they used to be half a syn each but I think they are 1 syn now. Don't look great (take a while to brown) but taste good.
Also a lot of people rave about the heck chicken sausages, I've never tried them as the contain cheese which I don't eat. They also do smoked paprika ones but I can never seem to find them in the supermarket. Both a very low syn I think maybe half each but check as I'm not 100% sure.

The pork Heck sausages are quite nice, have tried the chicken ones. Thanks for the tip about the Sainsbury's ones too.

I love the Heck ones.

Heck chicken Italia ones are delicious

Chewbecca · 02/10/2016 21:21

Heck chicken Italian are nice, once you get over the different flavour. They are small though which accounts for a fair bit of the low syn!

Not sausages but M&S skinny burgers are free and nice too.

I think the Sainsbury's one are nicest, spraying them with frylight helps the browning

KnobJockey · 04/10/2016 18:06

The Asda frozen ones are 1.50 for 8, half a sin for two (or so I found) and not too bad. Finding them can be a pain though.

Just had heck paprika ones tonight
Surprisingly tasty

Hironsbirons · 05/10/2016 22:51

Heck are brilliant. I really like the Linda McCartney veggie sausages too, 0.5 syns each.

Loaferloveforyou · 06/10/2016 00:06

I tried porky lights from Asda, half Syn for one and they were nice

ohforfoxsake · 11/10/2016 12:47

Worth trying a local butcher - ours do a 'syn free' range. Just normal sausages made with lean cuts.
