Have joined SW. Been before but hoping for good things this time.
During the chat lady-in-charge was lovely and SO encouraging! She really seemed to care about all the members and their 'journey!'
Is she paid on results do you think? Absolutely none of my business but my mind was wandering when they were all discussing cauliflower rice.

She is paid I imagine by the number of people who pay to go to her group. Recommendations from others losing weight must keep the group active so she wants people to lose so they recommend others. I suppose they may get a bonus if they have large losses in their group too

They get a percentage of your £4.95 fee. They get a bigger percentage if they have more members.

They also win awards for biggest losing groups by the month/year.

Oh and I love cauliflower rice Smile

Good luck on your journey. Mine has been the best change I've made.
