What fridge/cupboard essentials do you all recommend please?

I'm about to join SW and want to get some items in to help me start successfully.

I've seen options hot chocolate is a good one...?

Thanks!

Fry light

Balsamic vinegar

Wholewheat pasta

Brown rice

Lots of interesting colourful veg.

A pint size container of milk. You can mark your allowance on side saves keep measuring.

Eggs for huge filling omelettes

Babybel lights for melting over med veg and pasta etc....and laughing cow lights great substitute for butter in jackets and sandwiches. Again portions all measured out.

Good luck

All of the above plus Muller light yoghurts, frozen raspberries, satsumas, soy sauce, and lots of herbs and spices and stock cubes. I also like Options hot choc for chocolate cravings and 1.5 or 2 syns each.

I am planning to join sw this week. However, i am at a healthy weight, being just over 10 stone and 5ft7. But i used to be just over 9 stone and for me ten is not great, i am uncomfortable in clothes etc. I know my bmi is ok though. So will i be ok to join?

Gosh this is a delayed thank you but I've only just started SW so went back to this message for when I do shop later.

Thanks for all the tips, have added to list!

Can anyone else add to the above? Thanks all

Decent scales
Lots of little tuppaware

Fry lite
Different shapes pasta
About a million eggs
Lots of salmon/smoked salmon/anchovies (some Syns but can jazz up almost any dish)
Cauliflower

If you take lunch to work then good snacks are:
Metcalfe skinny sweet popcorn
Babybel light
Alpen lights

I'm obsessed with chopped melon at the moment. Honeydew is my favourite.

Also crustless quiche with baked beans. Love it.
