Out and about all day tomorrow, what to eat?

Im out and about travelling and at appointments all from 7am til 6pm tomorrow. I'll have access to coffee shops, petrol stations but that's it. No way of heating ny own food and only my car to eat it in.
What would you have for breakfast and lunch tomorrow?

Can you not just pack your lunch - salad or something and keep it in the car, yogurt for breakfast?

Can you make soup and put it in a flask? Fruit for snacks/breakfast.

Thanks I've got fruit packed for breakfast, plus smoked salmon and salad sandwich ng HEB and a yoghurt for lunch and a packet of hula hoop Pufts which are 3.5 syns. Will get a skinny cappuccino on the way and use HEA. Thanks!
