SW family meals with veggie teen

I started SW last year and have been doing ok, adapting family favourites and finding new SW recipes. BUT Dd1 has recently decided to go vegetarian and I am getting stuck finding new meals for all the family that tick all the boxes. I need meals that:
1 are quick to prepare or can go in a slow cooker
2 are vegetarian or easy adapted without cooking two separate things
3 don't include peas, courgette or mushrooms (dd2 can detect and reject all of these at 20 paces).
Please give me your suggestions and favourites!

I keep opening this and then not replying...because I do slimming world, I don't eat meat, but I'm kind of having a fail because I have no idea what to do with a slow cooker.

But, chilli, curry, Bolognese, anything like that works with meat replacements or pulses.

What sort of thing have you been doing with meat in them, that might make it easier to come up with replacements.

Our favourite veggie meals are the chickpea curry/channa masala from the SW curry book, lentil dal, lentil bolognaise , shakshouka-eggs poached in spicy tomato sauce

I often bulk make ratatoulle (sp?)
It becomes a veg side dish, soup, add mince or lentils (or both) for bolognaise or lasange. It makes a nice pasta or pizza topping. And with extra stock is a nice soup.
Curry with the meat done in a seperate pan and add tofu for the veggie.
I bulk make lasagne do you have freezer space? I would have DD do a batch of something for the freezer every week if there is space.

Hi thanks for replies, some idas there.. In the slow cooker I normally do lamb tagine, stews and gammon so not easily adapted for veggie Dd. I do make curries but nobody likes Quorn much so try to avoid spag bol and chilli with it. I am aiming to use up stuff from the freezer this week to make space for a batch cook. Dd will always eat dal but she can't have it every day!

We are even worse in our house as I'm a SW vegan . Stepson won't eat veg and DH is carnivore! I try to make sure we all eat same carbs ( rice pasta or spuds) but other than that we just use a lot of different pots for variations on the same dinner. Its complicated lol

I've bought the slimming world veggie book .
Quite good . I add meat to the side for meat eaters .
Also substitute quorn in cottage pie etc .
