Any body using fitbit to help get some excersise in by counting daily steps?

Yes! I've had mine for around 6 months now. Have to say I've slacked off with it recently, but I think it's because of the weather. I don't want to go out for a walk in the rain!

deli, I've changed my goal to 5,000 steps as 10,000 is never achievable for me. I'm sat at a desk all day during the week. The only times I've got the 10,000 is if I'm out all day walking around. I did get 20,000 most days when I was on holiday camping last summer though!

I've got the flex in black. I was wearing the large wristband until last week when I realised I had lost enough weight to fit in the smaller one!!!

Ive been trying to work out which one to buy. I want to log food and excercise as well as calories in and calories out.

Ive also been looking at Polar.

Which is better please?

Its the fit bit flex i have, had it couple of years, you can log food[i dont] i log my water in take and my sleep pattern.
im hoping tomorrow to go for long walk so will defi get my 10,000 steps in

My Fitbit charge HR arrived today, it's currently charging but I can't wait to get cracking! I'm just finding my way around the app, does anyone log a food diary or is it not really compatible with SW?

I've been using just the app until mine arrives and don't think it's compatible with slimming world tbh; you need to measure portion sizes on 'free' foods which defeats the point of them being free foods!
