Hello, I need to lose 2 stone but, due to health problems, I'm unable to get to a weekly class so have been looking at online memberships. I've also been reading these threads and you seem to be a friendly lot so I'd like to join you too if I may! Have never "dieted" before but SW seems to be, from what I've read, a sustainable way of eating for life which is definitely what I need. I have a sweet tooth which is definitely my downfall but I know I can work with that. My question is can I incorporate a bottle of red wine over a week and 2 tblsps of single cream a day? Don't laugh, I'm being serious! I don't have milk apart from a tiny bit with cereal andI dont have butter or spread of any sort so I'm hoping my 2 fresh coffees a day will be allowed :) I'll wait to hear from some of you (hopefully) and then join tonight. Hope it's a good day for you all! Thanks, Tia

Yes, you could still do that! It's a good plan, you can eat lots, it's not a 'hungry' diet.
