Low Syn Treats - Let's share
MumsSlimmingWorldJournal · 14/10/2015 14:14
I joined Slimming World a while ago. While the classes are a great help weekly, I find sharing ideas online keeps me going through the week. I set-up a Facebook page and an Instagram page to help me keep count of all the food I consume.

Like many my biggest weakness is snacking, especially in the evenings. I set-up this page to get help with ideas but hopefully help others to.

Crab sticks, cottage cheese and boiled eggs are my usual snacky things. Snaps crisps are good too (multipack size bags...13g are only 3 syns)
If I want sweet stuff then I have muller lights and a big bowl of chopped fruit. Or mikado sticks (0.5 syn each), malted milk biscuits (2 syns each) or my current favourite Cadbury chocolate eclair sweets (1.5 syns each... Keep them in the fridge so they take longer to eat!)

Sugar free jelly. It's something ridiculously small like 1.5 syns if memory serves.

Activia forest fruits and a sachet of Turkish delight choc options mix wait for a minute, like chocolate pudding but only 1 1/2 syns

Tonight I had a bowl of watermelon with a grapefruit, topped with Mullerlight and 35g raisin wheats.
Then a bag of Pufts 3.5 syns
And then a chocolate Muller pot (5)
Am stuffed.
