So this new plan.....

Currently on holiday and it's been the tipping point that is has resulted in me deciding to join a class when I get home next week. I did SW a few years ago after DD2 was born but did it on line.

I couldn't face the meetings then because well, along with soft play I see them as the 7th circle of hell. But if I can face soft play for the children I can face the meetings for my health (plus I know deep down I need the accountability of going to get weighed each week)

My question is, as a veggie am I going to hear 'green days? What green days? Noooooo we don't do 'coloured days' only EE and SP(???) days at SW.

I want my 2 HEXA's God dammit. If I have to syn the milk in my coffee I'll be miffed.

Other than that I'm raring to go!

I am veggie and have just re started green days at home. Bugger doing it the new way!! I am not that bothered by HEA but would miss having two HEB's. I am always careful not to over eat and if I log all my food into my fitness pal with two HEB it works out around 1400/1500 calories. And I am never hungry and everything is healthy.

For anyone in the SW there is a parallel event, midday, Hendra Park, Truro.

This is a family friendly event and we will walk through Truro and come to rest outside the .cathedral where we will join the candlelit vigil.

Just to let you know there is some updated literature on lifeline online for the green plan (its dated April 2015) if you go to useful features on the website then type in green choice in the search then choose the feature our other plans - you can then download the literature and an old style food diary, you can also get green plan syns for the recipes in the latest magazine
