yeah wholemeal bread is healthy extra or sin.
This week I m struggling to count my sins. hopefully next week should be better.
2Munch I also have four stones to loose, but this time I m determined to make a permanent change.

I set myself a challenge 60min.walk atleat 3 times a week.
This time m not going to classes, so this forum and SW magazine are main support network. I note, in those magazine every one becomes physical by the time they reach goal.
hoping this time I reach my goal.

Another one here with 4 stone to lose, back on plan after a 1lb gain this week and also signed up to the gym! Won't be starting until 1st Sept as I'm away next week but hoping it will help (even though I am already nervous about going!)

Hi, hope I can join this thread?
I have been on SW for 2 weeks and lost 4lbs so far - hope on Monday to have lost another 1-2. I have 3 1/2 stone to lose so it seems such a slow process but I can't go on feeling this rubbish about myself so slow and steady does it I guess!

NoNameDame · 15/08/2015 07:28

Hi all, is it okay if I join.

Been doing SW a couple of days, all on track so far, yesterday I ate a choc bar which wasn't great but within my syns.

I'm awful at knowing what's a hea/b, Syns etc so please let me know if anything is off about my food.

Today I'm planning
B- bacon and tomato
L- unsure yet, probably very little whilst we're out
D - lasagne, using quark then cheese on top as my HE

Hey, it's not too complicated once you get the hang of it! Are you using the paper trackers? They are really useful :) all I would say is too make sure you have loads of speed foods alongside each meal :) they make meals seem big and fill you up :) Wink

No what's the paper trackers? I admit I've not joined the group, I hate going to things like that alone as not very sociable. I could join in line but figured there's a lot of info so could wing it without spending the money Blush

I have been doing it 3 days and lost 2 pounds which I'm happy about just would like to get in the habit of eating less & better food as otherwise it will all go back on.

I'm known as the woman who eats everything though, every last little bit of what is on my plate (and everyone else's) no matter how full I am. Id love to get out of that habit.

It's just a tracker from the group that is well laid out ... It has a section for speed foods, a section for free and a section for healthy extras and one for syns. Just makes it really clear at a glance if you are eating enough super free (veg basically!)

If you are doing it through a group or online you can access an online food diary that you can download to your phone. I find it really useful as it also has a syn calculator and syn value finder as part of the app.
