Questions about Sw classes

Hello - I want to do something as am failing on my own. I've done WW in the past but got irritated by the fake food replacements. ( I'm a cheese, wine and bread person unfortunately)

But I have a job which involves travel and can be unpredictable - can you swap classes? So if I can't make the home class, can I attend another class instead?

Online only wouldn't work for me - I technically know what I should do, but don't.

You can go to any class but if you pay up front for the 6 or 12 week deals you can only use them at that class so avoid those

Take along your ' clocking in card' and all your details go with you.

Not true, fraggle, you can use your countdown weeks wherever you are. The only thing you need to do with a 6 or 12 week countdown that you don't paying weekly is book any holiday weeks (ie weeks you won't be at ANY group) at the start of the countdown period (which is annoying for me, I bought a countdown before I knew I was going away so I'll lose a week, but ho hum)

You have only lost the free week so no loss really em Smile
