I'm on Slimming World and don't have any fat free dairy at all as I don't like it. The Muller Lights are particularly disgusting - I am truely baffled as to how people can eat them.

I don't eat much yogurt, but I sometimes have plain full fat Greek yogurt- I don't count the syns and still lose. I've also had Skyr fat free and currently have 2% fat Greek yogurt - I generally mix it with mayo for salad dressing/with tuna but I can only eat it as a snack with honey.

I generally have the Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt, and add fruit to it. Delicious.

I've been using the Active yoghurt from Aldi which is the same as Activia but cheaper. Also their Benefit bars which are the same as the Alpen light bars but again much cheaper. 85 p for 6. I've lost 6 1/2 lbs in 3 weeks out of a stone I need to lose altogether.

I usually have omelette mushrooms and beans for breakfast. Snack on fresh fruit with an active yoghurt. Lunch is a jacket potato with tuna and salad. Tea often chicken or fish with loads of veggies. When I need my sweet boost in the evening I have my 2 B choices in the former of 2 Benefit light bars.

I was struggling with lunches for work as bored of a sandwich. I do a sausage frittata for no syns. I have a mini frying pan that could fit one fried egg in it which is a perfect size. I grill and chop up a Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausage. Add it to 2 beaten and seasoned eggs and cook in the mini frying pan using spray oil. I blast it in the microwave for a minute before eating. Sometimes I have a tbsp of brown sauce for 1 syn with it.

Mmmm sounds yum. I've just had fried chicken chips and gravy with the kids. Disaster! Oh well damage limitation kicks in now. Clementines for tea.

Just had chicken & veg skewers, cous cous & home made tzatziki (0% yoghurt base). Delicious.
