swedish fish are "soft and chewy candy" from the US

for 5
cals 150
no fat
carbs 38g
sugar 31g
sodium 30mg

peanut butter m&ms
serving size 42g
cals 220
fat 7g (110 cals)
carbs 24g
sugar 20g
sodium 90mg

and.... finally

salted caramel peanut nut crisp bars
per bar
cals 140
fat 9g (80 cals)
carbs 10g
sugar 6g
sodium 170mg

so.... where do you go to work out the syns?

On the uk website there is a syns calculator. You will need to enter the cals, fat etc and it will work out the syn value for you.

It should be in your book where your consultant details are. If it isn't you will need to ring them for it.

I really like the salted caramel hi fi bars. V sweet but a good option when I have a sugar craving. I also kid myself that spread with a tsp of choc shot the peanut bars are as good as a snickers.Grin

each syn is 20 calories (for "junk" -if its not junk you need to use the calculator on the website or look it up)

Swedish Fish 150 = 7 ½
peanut butter m&ms 220 = 11
salted caramel peanut nut crisp bars 140 = 7
