1 syn for half a jar, nothing artificial and amazing when you don't have time to make a sauce from scratch or if you need something unexpectedly.
I usually make my own but this has become a lifesaver for when I can't, especially since most other pre-made sauces are packed with sugar.
Anyway, just thought I'd share
