I started slimming world last Thursday. I always feel really full on this diet and never hungry which is good ... But when I put my dietary intake into my fitness pal I'm only eating around 1200 calories a day. I'm worried I'll retain fat?!
My usual day is something like
2 weetabix, milk and banana
Tuna pasta bake and muller light
Chicken curry (SW recipe) with rice
I never feel like snacking!
Today has been particularly bad.
Breakfast was boiled egg on toast. I couldn't face anything else. Lunch was left over chicken curry (no rice as wasn't hungry and forced the curry just to say i had eaten lunch) and dinner will be sausage pasta bake. I'm counting around 1000 calories with that.
Anyone else lust their appetite since starting SW and how did it effect results?
