I have been doing SW for 11 months and have lost just over 4 stone. In the early days I used to have about 5 syns a day and this was fine. Now I find I am using 13-14 a day as I have started thinking "it's ok to eat that as I have syns left". I need to get out of this mindset as it will lead me to overeating! Does anyone else find they have started doing this? Need to snap out of it!
