Longley Farm Cottage cheese - how many syns didnt buy low fat one :(

looking at carton and it just says longley farm cottage cheese 250g pot - doesnt say low fat or virtually low fat - so any idea how many syns?

1.5 per 100g (for that brand) so, 4? For the whole tub.
