Can I salvage any of this?

Breakfast...onion omelette, coconut oil.....2 syns

Lunch....green juice with apple................2 syns possibly

Apple .....free

Now the damage.......

Toby carvery with no gravy and no Yorkshire, no mash but meat, veg and 4 small roasties, 2 teaspoon cranberry sauce

Apple and blackberry crumble
About 3 tbl custard

Gin and tonic

Is it possible to get the damage into my diary or do I just draw a line under it.

Tomorrow is a soup and green juice day.

Stick it in/ on your diary. Then just accept you're a bit over and move on. Don't punish yourself.

Did you enjoy? If so good. We all need to live.

As you say tomorrows another day. Don't enter it with dread and plans to starve yourself - you'll posibly set yourself up for a fall.

Thanks Mis for mum

Yes it was very nice but won't be doing it again for a long, long, time. It didn't feel at all good being so full.

Just draw a line under it, and made sure you stick to it!
I'm having a terrible time with getting back on track after a treat! One small milky way has turned into a mini roll, two slices of bread and a packet of space raiders. And that is after a takeaway at the weekend, lots of bread, and an entire bar of dark chocolate. A line will be drawn after weigh in :)

Yes you're right. It's about falling off the horse and getting back on straight away.

I can do this.

Hell yeah! We can all do this.

A bit late answer, but there's no 'damage'.
You had an omelette for breakfast, a green drink, yes drink for lunch with no sustainable energy content and an apple.
Your dinner had lean meat & veg a couple of roasties!!!
Scrap the day and start again. Think filing & healthy free foods at mealtimes, not green drinks.
I'm sorry if it sounds wrong but IMO your not using sw as a way of living but panicking if you actually eat anything.

As a player said, what damage? I lost three stone eating Toby carvery every single week.
