In my first 2 weeks at SW I've lost 5.5lb - not loads but not to be sniffed at I reckon! It's only the tiny beginning of a huge amount I need to shift...
Anyway, I'm amazed what lovely food I've been having for my dinners. Tonight's dinner is steak, sweet potato wedges, flat mushroom and roasted onions with a 0% creme fraiche and chive dip.
I have never, ever stuck to a diet in my life but this is just brilliant!
Just needed to share the joy!
