Does anyone else find that they struggle to eat enough to loose weight?

I know it sounds really backwards but i'm struggling budget and time wise to snack on fruit and it really seems to effect my weight loss...

I'm following ee and I do it at home with the help of the internet in general and some old books so I don't attend a group.

Today I've had

bfast - coffee with hea milk
muller light with berries

snack
caramel rice cake 2.5 syns

dinner
left over chicken and roasted veg from last night
coffee with rest of hea milk

snack
scan bran cake using heb so syn free

tea
planning on salad with pasta and quorn chicken nuggets

I'll have a snack later on depending how many syns I have left (aim for 10 per day) and then i'll have either an alpen light or rest of heb scan bran with free cottage cheese.

I'm struggling with the whole snack on fruit thing as it's expensive and fiddly when i'm out and about-also, I realise I need to drink more water but have the same problem when out of finding the time and needing to be near a toilet! (2 kids have destroyed my pelvic floor)

I don't really snack on fruit, shouldn't really effect your losses. I do drink lots of water when I'm at home though

I forced my self to start eating more fruit & it's definitely helped not only my gut (tmi but going to the loo daily now rather than every 2-3 days) but definitely stops me picking between meals. I find apples & bananas best when out & about but try & have a good variety at home - I always have a melon cut & in a bowl in the fridge for picking at!

Eta buy fruit loose or on offer from lidl/aldi or morrisons if you haven't got a local market.

lots of water after a proper meal is the key to weight loss and you need enough fuel(food) in the correct balance to maintain a healthy weight gain or loss.....TRY.... choosing pure fruit juices diluted with either water /soda water etc instead of fizzy drinks Caffiene based drinks like Coffee, Cola whether (diet or normal)and the more MODERN....Energy drinks SHOULD be kept to a minumum as these have been found to attribute to and cause many underlying illness's...... look these up on NHS..guidlines
