Hey Guys,
I've started a healthy eating plan (not a diet, as I don't believe in them), but thinking along the lines of Slimming World, EE plan. For months now, I've been reading so many scare stories online about the fact that if you no longer have your gallbladder, it is virtually impossible to lose weight anymore. I've actually gained 1lb over the past two weeks, even though I've been eating exceptionally well.
I had mine out in 2011, which ironically, is when my weight started to slowly creep from a steady 9st 12lb, to my current weight of 11st 11lb. I HAVE ate crap since then and I won't lie, so can't blame the gallbladder theory completely, but I'd like to hear from people who HAVE had their GB removed and HAVE managed to still lose weight afterwards?
Thanks guys x
