I just picked the middle of my healthy weight range for my height.

i've not had to pick mine yet as only just started and not yet down to 10% but i'm thinking of setting target for about 10 or 10 and a half stone (weight to get to not loss!). Based on my height i think i should be more like 9.5 stone but I remember being 10 and a half before and i was a nice size 12 so if i can get to that i will be happy.

I calculated what I would weigh to have a BMI of 25.5. When I get there I'll decide if I want to keep going or not

I did what Tabula did.

If you use the bmi calculator on the NHS site it says how much you need to lose to be bang on in the middle of a healthy weight.
