I lost 7lb at my first weigh in last Thursday, I was chuffed!
I then went away on a girly weekend the same night and drank copious amounts of wine, and had rich meals.
I've come back and put it all back on, I'm so so pissed off with myself
I was only away for three days and can't believe its gone back on so easily.
I've been saintly since yesterday, but hate weighing in when I've put on. Come and talk some sense into me please as I'm dreaming of chocolate biscuits ....
