Anyone used a sleep positioner?

Hi, DD is 4.5 months old and sleeps well in her moses basket. She is now too big for it and we've tried moving her into her cot but she flaps her arms and legs around all night, waking herself up. I've resorted back to her moses basket to get some sleep but her head and toes touch each end (although she still sleeps soundly like this!). I did think of using rolled up blankets each side of her in her cot so that she feels mores secure but worry about how safe this is. I've seen these www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/detailfash.php?type=FASH&code=A6809&proddesc=Sleep+Positioner&supercategory= BRN00042&branch=&wcategory=CAT00283&catdesc=&super=0030BRN00042~0010BRN00052~0130CAT00283&treecode=T RE00009 which look ideal but wondered if anyone had tried them? TIA

As a maternity nanny have used all 3 featured and continue to use them for many months, 1 of my former MN babies is 7 months and it stops him rolling over at night as this then wakes him up. It also stops babies wriggling and pressing against the railings.

you could also try rolling a small towel into a sausage and placing under the fitted bottom sheet just above her head height as her feet will be at the bottom of the cot so she will get that closed in feeling she obviously likes.

Thank you marvelousnonperfection (love the name!). Is there one in paricular you'd recommend? That sounds like a good idea with the rolled towell, thank you, I'll try that.
