help me please...

Dd is 22 weeks old and until a month ago would go down around 7-8, wake at about 4, feed and then sleep until about 6, feeed again and sleep until around 7, not ideal but I could just about cope with the sleep...

For the past month she's been waking around 12:30, 2:30, 4.30, 6..... and the past week she's woken up on her tum with an arm stuck out the railings so cries as she's stuck - no chance to self settle there! Wednesday night I saw a glimmer of hope, she slept from 8-4, then woke at 6 and 7;30 but last night it was back to waking at 1:30, 3.30, 6 and she won't go back to sleep now, every time she was on her tum with arm through cot bars...

I am exhausted and want some sleep dh works shifts and so can't really help and anyway I'd still wake each time, so any tips/ideas on how to help dd? Please???

A sleep positioner to keep her in the middle of the mattress and consider this on the outside of the bars.
