Best time to eat before bed.

My little girl is 10mth old and we still have a real problem settling her. I am now gonna have a massive push on routine and try extra hard to not rush in when she cries. However, I am wondering if I am not allowing enough time before bed for her solid food and last b/f. Does anyone know the official guidelines for this. She normally finishes her last solid meal about 6.00 and is B/F about 7.30

There isnt an official guideline. My lo's had dinner that started around 5pm and a last milk feed around 7/7.15pm.

Not official guideline but my dd is very tired from 5pm onwards so not a good time to get her to eat. So she has her dinner at 4.30, bath at 5.45 then bf and bed straight after.

Sounds like a good routine to me. DS2 is 10mth old. Not BF anymore but his routine is 6oz at 4.30pm, solids about 5ish and bath at 6.30pm. He wakes at 10.30 for his last bottle of 9oz. Maybe try upping how much solid she has. I noticed DS was polishing off his evening meal so gave him more and he settled a bit more. (Not stuffing him, just letting him lead the way). My HV says that babies like to be FULL. But I sort of just let him take the lead with that. Have you tried the lavender bath products on a night time? They always work a treat too.

Thanks for your replies. Its interesting to see the different ways I guess as with everything else its what works for you. I just wondered if I was missing something obvious.
