Depends how much sleep they need and what time they have to get up. My 7 yr old is in bed by 8pm on school nights 9pm weekends and holidays. He sleeps until I wake him 7.30 ish on school day. He wakes whenever he wants weekends normaly about 8ish. He probably gets 10-11hrs a night which I think is right for his age.

8pm on school nights, although she won't be asleep at that time

6 year old and 9 year old both in their rooms by 8pm. 6 year old goes to sleep but 9 year old plays/reads for a bit before going to sleep.

11 month old 9pm...

We all eat together at 5.30/6pm

dd is 6.5 years and goes to bed between 7.45 and 8pm. During the week I sometimes have to wake her at 7.30/7.40am for school but at the weekend she will bound through at 7am (sods law!!). DS is 3.5 years and is in bed for 7.30pm - he is normally up around 7am whether it is a weekday or weekend.
