My 3 year old is leaking through his nightime nappies twice a night. I use huggies night time with a tena lady inside! Can someone suggest a better night time nappy please???

are you using the biggest size for his weight as the sizes overlap? I never liked huggies and normally used pampers baby dry.

p.s. is he still drinking a lot just before bed? If so, I would start limiting what he has after dinner time. My 2 dont have anything really to drink after dinner except some water when brushing their teeth.

Do last drink an hour before bed and make sure he wees just before he goes to sleep.

Have you tried using fleece soakers/longies? They go over the nappies and repel any liquid leaks. Have a search on the 'Nappies' board and you will find some discussions about them. One make is called Pumpkin Pants and can be found here.

personally, and not just because we're skint i always used the tesco nappies not the really cheapies tho. now ds 2.8 is in a 6 we have moved to asdas and i can't tell you how suprised i am at the lack of leaks.

ds is a big drinker but in these asda ones he has only had one night leak, this was last night and that was because he was messing about in the bath too much and inevitably swallowing water before bed

don't turn your nose up til you try them and for £3/4 a pack if they don't suit its no great loss

think i decided at newborn that huggies werent going to work for my lad and to be honest i only get pampers if im desperate. good luck.
