Anyone else had funny nights? A couple of weeks ago, I woke sitting bolt upright and screaming like a loon, but couldn't even remember what I'd been dreaming about - which was even freakier than the dream itself!

That's like the night terrors that kids have, isn't it?

Used to happen to me loads. I'd be screaming and yelling. I'd be told later I'd been shouting for help, and yelling things like get off me get off me.

In the end, what helped me was changing what I read! I used to love the horror books. Gave them up (well, husband told me to!) and within no time, the screaming had stopped.
