Has anyone else's DCs worked out it is Spring?

DS is getting up an hour earlier (5.30am) and his bedtime has not changed (8pm). My brother's children have started waking at 5.15 this week... Anyone elses?

How do they know it's spring? Their rooms are dark... Is it because the days are lighter and brighter? Some kind of body clock thing? Such a mystery, I would love to understand how babies work!

When do the clocks change?

Ive actually just posted a thread on whether Im putting my 3 year to bed too early because she's waking up at 5.30am - 5.45am every day!

For the last 3 weeks my DD has woken an hour earlier at 6.15 almost every morning. Bought curtains at the weekend to go over her blackout blind....

Oh yep, me too! DS started waking an hour earlier, darn it. We put white noise on last night, so he couldn't hear the birds in the morning and it worked- mind you, it might be just because he's sleep deprived!!!
