ds is 11 mo and was a good sleeper. didn't really sleep through more than a few times ever, but would usually only wake once or twice and settle quickly.
i got sick in january and we did too much putting him in our bed as dh is crap at getting up and i felt like poop.
we've stopped doing that now.

he settles well for bed - sort of half asleep/ half awake. he'll sleep till midnight but then will wake every hour or two. usually with a loud moan. i'll go replace blanket/ monkey and he'll settle again without being picked up, usually within 10-15 minutes.

why is he waking up this often at night?

how can i stop him and make sure he sleeps for longer?

he could do with more sleep at night and so could i!!!

Hello,
I have seen this Media Request on mumsnet for a channel 4 documentary about sleep deprived parents, looks like you will get to work with a sleep expert to help your child sleep.

Looks quite interesting, take a look.
