tips when removing side bars to go to cotbed

have hogarth cosatto cotbed and what bedrail could i use?

tomy? lindham?

any tips?

boy now 2 1/2 and too heavy to lift so this weekend may remove all bars

but what happens next?

worried he will simply get out of bed and never go to sleep!!!

help!

we were worried that DD would run riot when her cotbed sides were removed, especially as she has always been a crap sleeper. she was 2 and a bit at the time.

we were pleasantly suprised! Think she was so thrilled with her new big girl bed and bedding that she didn't want to get out.

we have a mothercare bedrail - works ok.
