2 year old wont nap

okay ,
up until 3 weeks ago my 2 year old had no problems napping he would sleep for 2 hour easy .

Now he just screams and screams . He goes to a childminders and now hes disturbing the other children . He wont settle we have tried everything , leaving him to cry , controlled crying , confort items , sitting him in front of tele hoping he will fall asleep .

We are running out of ideas , and because the childminder has other children to look after im scared she will not want him anymore.

He really enjoys going there , he wont tell them whats wrong just screams ..

Please help we are running out of ideas.He definatly needs the sleep .

what time did he nap before?
Does he have lunch before a nap?
Have you tried giving a cup of milk with lunch? (this did the trick with DS)

I think its just after lunch

didnt think of the milk ill suggest it he has it at bed time .

Does he still nap when he's at home? If not could you try taking him for a drive to get him to nod off (over the weekend?) to try to re-establish his routine?

Failing that can't the childminder just do something quietly with him while the others nap? I appreciate that she's losing her break but she must know that kids won't nap forever.

He does and im ready to establish it with avengence at weekend.

Hes only not napped once , she hasnt mentioned it to me because I have been stressed...

I only found out about it last week .

I feel so bad for them and my son , hes shattered , they have tried quiet time he just crys but hes a winger anyway . Im going to send with a few books tommorrow . his favorite ones for quiet time .
