My DD is 1yrs old and had always fell asleep by herself everynight at 7pm and during the day for naps since 8 weeks. I went back to work at 6 months and she is looked after by grandparents who followed my routine. All of a sudden since she reached 1 she cries when I put her down for a nap or to bed at night and doesn't want me to leave her. She sleeps an hour am and an hour - hour and a half pm at grandparents but at weekends will only sleep half hour am and hour pm with us. I am not sleeping terribly well so am feeling very down and have sarted to feel guilty for leaving her with grandparents during the week. She sleeps 7pm -6am but I don't know whats changed to make her cry when I put her down. Any advice gratefully received.
