my 4 week old baby is so unsettled, and very uncomfortable all the time and cries and cries. I have tried all sorts of things (swaddling, white noise, dummies, infacol, gripe water, sling, etc..) did anyone find a baby swing helpful with unhappy babies? if so, any particular brand? I dont want to risk shelling out £100 only to find it doesnt help her, but I'm struggling to manage and want to help her feel settled

I found it hugely helpful for settling baby DD. We have the Graco Swing n Bounce, and have only just packed it away. In the early days it was the only place (outside our arms) where she would settle, so we would routinely put her in it and she would be calm and then fall alseep when she wanted to. So, for us, it was definitely worth the money.

Could you borrow one from a friend or try one at a friend's house?
