Shifting his bodyclock???

Ok, ds (2 weeks) is sleeping for 5 hours at a stretch but these 5 hours are from 6.30pm until 11.30 pm. He seems to cluster feed in the afternoon for a few hours before the 6.30 sleeping.

It would be a massive help to me if I could somehow shift his little bodyclock onwards so that the cluster feeding is in the evening and the run of sleep starts much later. Has anyone got any ideas on how I could do this??? I know that I could, in theory, go to bed with ds and dd at say 8pm but this would mean seeing dp for a max of 2 hours/day which would be crap.

I'm not particularly into a routine but I need to get up around 7.15 to get dd ready for nursery etc.
