taggies blanket safe for sleep with 6mo?

DD is 6 months and I'm trying to sort out her naps (lack of) nightmare and start to help her learn to self settle rather than feed to sleep. Is it safe to let her have a taggies blanket in the cot when she sleeps?

My ds had his from around 3 months - it is the small one though
