sudenly sat nose better but screams for cuddle when put to bed

seems he has got used to attention during night (??)

never ever used to cry for bed

now tonight i had to leave screaming for 10 mins till slept

anyone experience this?

i have had all sorts of probs but he used to play in bed happy and to see this new prob really disheartened me this weekend

stay with him until he calms

a 2 year old who has been ill for a few dyas will take a while to settle back into a regular routine

don't worry - it is really usual behaviour after an illness

you dont think it worsen the anxiety by staying there?

Hi Bumbly

Stumbled on your thread while looking for one on a similar issue. I can really feel for you as it's awful going back to sleepless nights.

I'd agree with rubyslippers and say stay with him til he's asleep. I'm sure the phase won't last long and he'll soon be back to sleeping through.

My 2 year-old wakes crying everynight around 1.45. Last time he slept through was 14th Aug! I going looking for a thread that might throw some light on it or start one myself.

Good luck
