14 month old keeps waking at almost regular times at night

my DS keeps waking up at night, almost at regular times, and then screams the house down until i comfort him. what should i do? is it night terrors?

forgot to say hes been doing this for nearly a month now.

Habit. Wakes up because he knows you'll come. Some people try "wake to sleep" that is, go in and "settle" him before he wakes up to in to interrupt the sleep cycle.

With DD2 I ignored it. DS1 was much louder, so I would go in and give him a drink of water, but not pick him up. He got bored after a while and stopped doing.
