How to help dd cope with bad dreams

DD (4) is currently waking most nights saying she is having a bad dream. Usually it is about something like wolves or spiders. She calls out for me and when I go to her she is only a little upset and goes back to sleep easily but wants me to stay with her for a while. I don't mind this but because ds has sleep issues also, I seem to be up and down all night.

Is it a phase and what can I do to help her?

Yes it is a phase, I used a magic pillow. It is a v shaped pillow and I told dd that it would keep her safe just like the magic bed in the story book
