'Baby Yoga can Help Sleep' - Really?

Just found this while looking for something else.

Anyone tried yoga for babies and have any idea:
-if it works?
-if it's easy to do?

i was wondering the same thing when I stumbled across yoga for babies dvd on amazon and yoga for children (ds1 3yrs). has anyone done it?

my dd (nearly 4) went to yogabugs and loved it. they do a dvd, i've seen it for sale at play.com. no idea if yoga for babies is any good though.
