My 5 and half month old did sleep well in the night and not wake till the morning but now he is waking every hour or so right through the night. He dosnt even open his eyes but crys and will only go back to sleep if held. I feed him and he takes nearly a whole bottle but continues to wake and bang his legs about.

I end up taking him into my bed, not sure what else to do- am exhausted!

Not sure if its teething (he chews on everything and dribbled alot)

Any advice would be grateful...

I would say maybe but not necessarily teething (what you describe is the oral fixation stage that nearly all 5/6 month olds are in). More likely he's getting more mobile with gross motor skills and it's affecting his sleep. Also the 6 month growth spurt starting. This too shall pass.

My 7 1/2 month old is doing this too, I'm at my wit's end. No advice, but I can empathise.
