Sudden change in sleep pattern

My dd (11 weeks today) is bottle fed.She has always been pretty good at night. Bath, bottle and bed by 6:45/7. Woke for one feed between 2 and 3:30ish, went straight back down and woke between 6:30/6:45. For the last four nights she has been waking up 12:00am, almost to the second. She doesn't want to be settled back to bed until she has had her bottle. Goes back down o.k but then sleeping very restlessly and waking between 5:45 and 6:00. Doesn't seem hungry as I have been able to string her out until 7:00 without a fuss. Nothing has changed in her routine that I can think of. Just can't understand this - any ideas?

sounds like shes going through a growth spurt - there is a major one around the 12 week mark. Try to maximise the feeds you give during the day to help make your lo a bit more settled during the night. It is a phase and will pass - just in time for the next one to begin...lol

Something is definetely going on with her. She is getting tired very quickly at the moment and she seems to be able to be awake for shorter periods than 10 days ago. Doesn't help that she won't really nap more than 20/30 mins in the morning and afternoon. Luckily she has a nice midday sleep of about 3 and a half hours. Have been putting her to bed a bit earlier. Used to be 7:30 but there is no way she can last that long at the moment - she is a screaming misery. Shuts up when she has her bath because I think she's cottoned on to her bath, bottle, bed routine by now.
