Talk to me about early waking...

My 11mo is finally doing really well at night - mostly going from 7.30am through till 6.30am. Although a bit early, I consider this to be a reasonable waking time and def a squillion times better than waking up 4 times a night to feed.

Anyway, although 6.30 is fine, 5.30 is not this is becoming a bit too common. I've read various theories on early waking but I want to know what MNers think.

Yesterday he woke at 6 and this is how the day went:

6 - awake
6.30 - BF
7.30 - breakfast
9.30 - nap (usually anything from 40 mins to 90 mins - yesterday 50 mins)
11.30 - lunch
1.30 - nap (timings as above - yesterday 70 mins)
3.00 - snack
5.30 - dinner
7.00 - BF
7.30 - asleep

Any advice? Admittedly things are soooo much better than they were, but wouldn't want to rest on my laurels!!
